Rounded and fruity, "Roche Mazet" Merlot reveals pleasant flavours of blackberry, cassis and prunes leading into a nice spicy finish.
It boasts a dark red colour with bluish tints, and full yet mellow structure.

"Roche Mazet" Merlot is ideal served with roast poultry, steak or cheeses of character (Morbier, Reblochon).

Serve at 16°C.
