This rosé is a perfect summer wine, with a delightful and tasty structure and a lovely vivacity.

Very pretty salmon pink colour.

Very delicate nose, expressing pleasant notes of white-fleshed fruit, banana and white flowers, with notes of citrus fruits after aeration.

The mouth is perfectly balanced - an excellent compromise between a crispness that is underlined by a very light sparkle, and a roundness that we found in the mid and end palate.

 Ideal with Charcuterie, salad of gizzards, aperitif, grilled meat, fresh goat cheese.
