GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALES

1. Orders which are sent to us by a client are only binding to the company when they are confirmed inkwriting.
2. Our prices are based on an ex-works delivery in conformity with the 1990 Incoterms, including packaging.
3. The price is payable at the head office of our company at the date appearing on the invoice.
4. All goods travel at the risk of the buyer, whatever the means of transport or the method of payment transport.
5. All goods are sold with reservation of title and therefore remain our property until such time as they have been paid for in full, the risk being transferred to their purchasers immediately upon their delivery.
6. We will not sell or deliver alcohol to anyone who is under the age of 18.
7. We can not guarantee availability of all products at the store. In the event that a product is unavailable when you place your order, we shall contact you to arrange replacement, or another acceptable arrangement for the completion of your order.

9. The placing of an order anywhere on our website does not constitute a contract which is made only when we accept process payment.
10. All goods are offered subject to availability. We cannot guarantee the availability of specific vintages.
11. All prices are inclusive of VAT.

Although we endeavour to ensure that all pricing information on this website is accurate, occasionally an error may be mis-priced.If we discover a pricing error we will, at our discretion, either contact you and ask you whether you wish to cancel your order or continue with the order at the correct price; or notify you that we have cancelled your order. We will not be obliged to supply the specific goods at the incorrect price.
14. This contract shall be governed by french law.
